“This property has a unique architectural character, with original Cheshire brick and wood beams; the on-site cinema for movie nights is a real highlight. I find it a stylish base from which to explore the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and the city centre. Service seemed to be not always consistent.”

convenient location attentive staff
i found the location quite convenient, a short walk from the city center. the staff were attentive, ready to assist with any request.
the gym lacked variety in its equipment. i thought there could be additional machines.
The location was really convenient. It allowed easy access to the Philharmonic Hall. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The spa offered relaxing treatments.
The wifi was slow. It was hard to get any work done. Streaming Netflix was difficult too (even with premium subscription). The room lacked mattress-edge support. I barely slept due to falling out every time I moved.

the bar has good drinks. the reception is nice to see. it was really clean here.
i had a twin room and the single beds have zero mattress-edge support. i barely slept because i felt i was falling out every time i moved slightly. the wifi is also horrifically slow.
The location is really advantageous for visiting local attractions. The staff are very helpful and accommodating (they always answered my questions quickly). The spa offers amazing treatments, I really enjoyed the experience. I found breakfast to be a real treat with plenty of choice.
The wifi signal wasn't reliable, hard to do some work.
